The New Year allows everyone to begin with a clean slate and make the changes in their life that they have wanted to make over the past year. Most of those changes typically pertain to improving one’s health and fitness. Which is why you begin to see your local gyms and CrossFit classes become unusually crowded.
Do your New Year’s resolutions include giving CrossFit a chance? Or maybe working out in general? Regardless of the style of training you decide to try in 2016 remember to research the proper techniques prior to attempting.
