We all have our ups and downs, good days and bad days, and we all need some type of activity that takes our mind off what we are going through. An activity that plays the role of a therapy session and for a lot of us that is the gym. Pumping iron and throwing around some heavy a$$ weights takes our mind off of everything going on outside of the gym. All your mind is focused on is getting that weight up and continuing to work toward your goals. It’s more than just exercise for many, it actually is one of the key factors allowing them to get through all the crap everyday life throws at us. So next time you feel overwhelmed and don’t know what to do to get your mind off of things…. Hit the gym!
