The title pretty much says it all: these are men and women failing so hard that even the most sedentary couch potato would have to gawk and ask, “Do you even lift?” It’s the time of year when everyone decides to get off their lazy butt’s and hit the gym. If getting fit is one of your New Year’s Resolutions, here are some examples of what not to do.
If you ever find yourself in the gym standing next to one of these overly-ambitious fitness freaks, run as fast as you can to the other side of the room – before they cause bodily harm to anyone other than themselves. So grab a protein shake and watch the tragedy!
