Now you can put up weights without even really having to lift, just bounce them off of your belly like this guy. Next time you’re ready to bulk, consider taking it to the next level and you’ll be able to perform this exercise too. The belly-bounce can usually add at least one plate to your bench, so why not give it a shot? Oh man I had to watch this video like 3 times cause its too funny.
