The moment when you are smack right in the middle of your workout can be a tough hurdle to overcome both physically and mentally. It can be tempting to just throw in the towel halfway and be contempt with getting through half of your workout. I mean that’s if your happy staying where you currently are. But if you are looking for a change in yourself, you must push through the second half of you workout and in the end you will be better for it.
