Eddie Hall has won UK’s Strongest Man and England’s Strongest Man titles as well as competed at the World’s Strongest Man. In March 2015, Hall set the world record for deadlift by lifting an insane 1018-pounds with Arnold Schwarzenegger in attendance to cheer him on. Hall’s latest ridiculous feat was a massive pyramid deadlift. The professional strongman starts with 132-pounds, then two spotters add more and more weights with each rep. By the end of this extremely impressive performance, he will deadlift 925-pounds. But he’s not done, he then removes weight each rep until he’s down to 132-pounds again. That’s 19 crazy reps! My back hurts just watching this awe-inspiring video.
